For over 30 years, Brian J. Morgan has devoted his career to representing victims of serious personal injury in Barstow and the High Desert area. Mr. Morgan has experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including injuries and deaths attributable to auto, motorcycle, bus or truck accidents, dog bites and mauling cases, injuries and deaths involving pedestrians, and property owner negligence/premises liability/slip and fall cases. Mr. Morgan’s practice focuses on serious personal injury cases involving fractures; traumatic brain injuries; spinal cord injuries; paraplegia and quadriplegia; and wrongful death. He has extensive trial experience and has tried over 100 jury trials.

Mr. Morgan earned both his Juris Doctor degree and his Bachelor of Science degree from Western State University. He was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1976.

Mr. Morgan’s professional affiliations include membership in the High Desert Bar Association, which he served as President of in 1980 and 1986; the San Bernardino Bar Association; State Bar of California; Consumer Attorneys of California (Former Board of Governors, 1999-2005; Committee Member, Legislative-Auto, Legislative Policy 2001-2005); and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles. Mr. Morgan is a past member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).

A resident of Apple Valley, Mr. Morgan has served as a member of the Board of Trustees 1981-1986 and was twice elected as President of the Board of Trustees of the Barstow Community College.
